Estimates, prices, catalogs and plan PDFs are stored in your own browser and are never uploaded. There is no account, no login and no server-side copy of your work. Closing the tab does not send anything anywhere.

The one exception is a share link, and only when you deliberately create one: that uploads the customer-facing proposal — section names, section prices, the total, and the text you wrote. Your line items, unit costs, labor hours, rate profile and margin are not in it, and neither are plan drawings or takeoff geometry. They are not merely hidden from the shared page; they are never sent. Share links expire 30 days after they are created.

Anonymous usage events: which feature was used, how long something took, and error diagnostics. That is how we learn that (say) plan attachment fails on a particular browser, or that nobody can find the calibrate tool.

No accounts, no cookies, no advertising trackers, no fingerprinting, no cross-site profile. Our analytics keeps a random id in your browser’s localStorage so repeat visits from this browser count once; it is tied to nothing else and to nobody.

• File names, or any part of a plan PDF
• Share-link ids
• Catalog item names or your edited prices

Event properties are limited to fixed labels, numbers and true/false flags — there is no field in which your content could travel.

The feedback box inside the app sends exactly what you typed, plus the email address if you chose to give one, so we can read it and reply. That is voluntary, and it is the only free text we ever receive.

If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we collect nothing at all. You do not have to tell us twice, and there is no banner asking you to reconsider.
